The dining room is the perfect place for socialising: the long dining table seats up to 8 people. With the double doors open and a view of the pool, you can enjoy the cool Atlantic breeze in summer. In winter, the wood-burning stove in the living room provides extra warmth alongside the central heating.
The dining room and living room flow seamlessly into one another. The living room is characterised by high, almost cathedral-like ceilings with a view of the exposed roof beams. Warm tones dominate the room. The wood-burning stove, flanked by a rammed-earth bench, creates a cosy atmosphere, with a spacious sofa opposite. But you can also make yourself comfortable on the bench by the stove. During the colder months, the bench by the stove is the perfect spot for dozing off and sleeping.
The living room is rounded off by a work corner for all those holidaymakers who have brought their digital office with them.
The well-equipped, spacious and glazed kitchen is the heart of the house. The foyer, living and dining rooms, and even the garden are transformed into ‘chef’s tables’ with a direct view into the kitchen. People can watch you cooking! If you like, you can even make yourself comfortable on the windowsill with some cushions. Next to the kitchen is a small utility room where you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The swimming pool is situated behind the house. From the dining room, the kitchen or the beige-coloured room, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. On the large terrace surrounding the pool, you can soak up the sun, have a barbecue by the garden fire pit and enjoy a convivial meal together. The swimming pool offers a pleasant way to cool off during the hot summer months.
Please follow the swimming pool rules when using it! Twice a month, someone comes to clean the pool. We thank you for your understanding regarding this inconvenience, but it is the only way to ensure the pool water remains pleasant and clean for you to bathe and swim in.
The 3,300 m² garden offers you every opportunity to relax. Once a month, the gardener comes to mow the lawns. We thank you for your understanding should this take place during your stay with us.
From your box-spring bed (180cm x 200cm), you can watch the morning sun rise. Plane trees provide plenty of shade throughout the day during the summer months. Your room has a small terrace, which you can access via double glazed double doors.
The room has a spacious built-in wardrobe for your clothes and other items. The bed (160cm x 200cm) is flanked by reading lamps and bedside tables. Outside your room, you can watch the evening sun set whilst sitting in your summer chairs.

A spacious bathroom with two washbasins, a shower and a toilet is complemented by a separate toilet and an additional shower room with a sink.
Check-in is available from 12.00 am on the day of arrival. Please let us know by the evening before at the latest when you plan to arrive. We’ll be there to welcome you in person. We’ll give you a quick tour of the house and garden and answer any questions you may have. You’re also welcome to contact us at any time after check-in.
Check-out on the day of departure must be by 10.00. A later check-out may be possible by prior arrangement with us. We’ll pop round briefly at check-out to carry out a quick handover with you.
You can usually check in between 12.00 and 20.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, check-out is usually by 10 am. In special or emergency cases, we can usually accommodate individual requests.
Please let us know immediately if you have damaged anything. Only then can we arrange for repairs or replacements straight away. That way, the next guests can enjoy the same level of comfort as you did!
The pool is protected by a safety cover. Before using the pool, please always unfasten the buckles on the cover and only then roll up the pool cover.
Use of the pool is at your own risk and responsibility. Please do not leave children unattended by the pool at any time whilst the cover is open.
The pool water is cleaned automatically every day. There is also a net by the pool, so you can fish leaves out of the water yourselves if you wish.
If the pool water becomes cloudy, please contact us so that we can arrange for an extra clean. Someone usually comes once a month to clean the pool. We apologise if the cleaning is scheduled to take place during your stay.
We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. These are included in the rental price. If you run out during your stay, simply use the washing machine and tumble dryer on site.
