Final cleaning: We expect you to leave the house in a tidy condition. Our team will carry out a final clean after your departure. The flat-rate charge for final cleaning is 180.00 euros.
Early bird discount: If you book at least six months in advance, you will receive a 5% early bird discount.
Deposit: The deposit must generally be paid at the time of booking. For payments made by credit card, PayPal or other online payment methods, a period of 24 to 48 hours is usually sufficient. For bookings made via online portals, the transaction is usually processed via linked property management systems.
